Contacting support
For the quickest diagnosis, use Settings > Contact Us in the app.
It prepares an email with useful app and device details. You can also use
Settings > Feedback to send a bug report or suggestion with optional screenshots.
What to include
- The email address connected to your account, including an Apple private-relay address if you used Hide My Email.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- The affected date and your current timezone.
- Your phone model, operating-system version, and Two Day Club app version.
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.
Protect your information. Never email us your password, full card number,
security code, account password, or complete health-data export. For billing questions,
the charge date and amount are enough to begin.
Steps and health sync
Two Day Club reads your step count from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android.
It does not write, change, or delete health data. Steps identified as manually entered are excluded.
On iPhone
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Go to Sharing > Apps (shown as Apps and Services on some iOS versions) > Two Day Club.
- Turn on access to Steps.
- Return to Two Day Club while connected to the internet. The app rechecks access when it becomes active.
- Confirm that Apple Health shows steps for the affected date.
On Android
- Open Health Connect > App permissions > Two Day Club and allow access to Steps. If offered, also allow past-step and background access.
- Open your tracker, such as Oura, and confirm it shares Steps with Health Connect.
- Use your tracker to view step details. Health Connect connects health apps and may not show a step dashboard.
- If the total looks stale, open your tracker, then return to Two Day Club while connected to the internet.
Days with fewer than 100 trusted recorded steps are treated as data failures and do not count against you.
If your health source and Two Day Club still disagree, send us the date, timezone, both step totals, and screenshots from Two Day Club and Apple Health or your Android tracker.
If a step-tracking issue affected a charge, submit a dispute in
Settings > Dispute a charge. We review ambiguous tracking data in the member's favor.
Billing, payment methods, and disputes
Your disclosed weekly membership amount is the maximum weekly amount. Nothing is charged at signup.
You can review the complete billing rules in the Terms of Service.
View charges or update payment
- Open Settings.
- Select Payment Method.
- Use Transaction History to review a charge, or update your payment method through Stripe's secure billing page.
Dispute an incorrect charge
- Open Settings > Dispute a charge.
- Select the charge.
- Explain what happened, including the date and any step-tracking issue.
- Submit the dispute. We manually review it and email you with the outcome.
We aim to complete the initial review and email you within 3 business days, and resolve disputes within
7 business days. Approved refunds typically appear within 3 business days, though your bank may take longer.
Residents of the European Economic Area can review applicable cooling-off rights in our Terms.
Membership and cancellation
You can cancel your membership from the app at any time:
- Open Settings.
- Select Membership.
- Select Cancel Membership and confirm.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. It stops future subscription billing and step collection,
and ends the active streak. Your account and historical records remain available. If you rejoin later,
you begin a new streak from day 0.
Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel a membership.
Cancel in Settings before signing out or uninstalling if you want future subscription billing to stop.
Sign in and account access
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you originally used. If you selected Hide My Email during
Sign in with Apple, your account may use an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
- Confirm you are signed into the correct Apple or Google account on the device.
- Check your internet connection and try signing in again.
- Do not create a second account if your history appears missing.
- Email support with the sign-in method you used and any email address you believe is connected to the account.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before making account, billing, or data changes.
Crew privacy and safety
You control Crew privacy and who can interact with you. In Settings > Privacy,
you can change profile visibility, following, and discoverability. You can also block an account at any time.
Report a member or content
- Open the person's Crew profile.
- Select Report.
- Choose the reason and add useful details.
- Use Block if you want to end their access to you immediately.
We aim to review safety reports within 24 hours. For a threat or urgent safety concern,
email support@twodayclub.com
with “Urgent Safety Report” in the subject. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Privacy, data, and account deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app from Settings > Delete Account.
Account deletion cancels an active subscription first and then removes personal account data as described
in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is irreversible.
If you cannot access the app, or if you want to request deletion of specific data without deleting the entire
account, email privacy@twodayclub.com.
We may need to verify account ownership. Verified privacy and deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Accessibility support
If an app screen, control, or instruction is difficult to use with VoiceOver, larger text,
reduced motion, or another assistive setting, email us. Tell us the screen, what you were trying to do,
the assistive setting you use, and your preferred response format.
